I just moved back to Melbourne and popped into the 99bikes store around the corner from Trek, as this was the one I knew. Despite calling and checking prior they could provide the service I requested, I arrived to an unfriendly young fella who gave the opposite advice to his colleague on the phone and said he couldn't (wouldn't) help. So a quick google search led me to Trek just around the corner. I turned up, and immediately was provided amazing service by Ally who went over and above helping me get a baby seat fitted to an electric bike. She price matched the other store, without me even asking and the service guys had the bike on the road within a few hours, which my 1 year old daughter greatly appreciated. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

We were on the market for a helmet for our toddler, so we called spoke to a young gentlemen over the phone who gave us a few recommendations and advice.
We then made our way to the Maribyrnong store, where we were greeted by Colin. He showed us to the kids helmet section and talked us through what we should be looking out for in a helmet. He then proceeded to help fit our toddler with a helmet, and I was amazed by how patient and understanding he was with him.
We felt confident in what we were buying and have one happy and safe little speedster at home.

Can I just specifically commend one particular staff member, Alli who has been going above and beyond in patiently taking me around to test a bike with her around the car park and showed me all the features of the bike.
She was also not pushy and willing to give me some time to think about it. Overall, her customer service was a big deciding factor on buying Trek instead of other brands and online retailers!
