The staff at the store were very enthusiastic and helpful, willing to listen to a bit of a ramble on the way to a recommendation. Prices are up there, but the attention and service given make it seem more reasonable.
King in particular helped me out with an obscure service notice tied to a niggle i'd just passed off as normal, and was very pro-active in making sure i got the bike sorted as quickly as possible.
