This company replaced a roof on the four unit apartment building that I live in. Afterwards I had the unfortunate experience of picking up a roofing nail in a tire and these things happen. Got it. Patched taken care of. I had contacted my property management company complete real estate solutions in Junction City and had contacted them several times regarding the matter and they kept saying they didn't know who hired the roofers and they didn't know anything about it and they would check into it and they would get back to me. Well they never did! So I reached out to the roofing company itself. Spoke with the young lady named Katie. She was absolutely professional. She was wonderful to speak with polite, respectful and very receptive. Apparently the roofing contract requires the management company to handle any and all aspects of any possible outcomes from the replacement of the roof. So that leads me to believe that? That's the reason they've been ignoring me. This roofing company is going to come out and make another pass of the parking lot and they are going to take steps to ensure that this doesn't happen again and their professionalism in a 15 minute phone call was better than the professionalism that I've received in almost a year with complete real estate solutions! So if I were to have a home and need a roof I think I would probably seek out this company just based on my interaction today. So if you're looking for a roof, I think this might be a good place to go. They handled the matter that they didn't have to handle. With care, empathy, sincerity and just an absolute kind demeanor a plus
