This is the first negative review I have ever made for anything, but I must make this post to save others from a complete waste of time. I had a roof leak after a storm and called this company to have someone come and take a look at it. They took down my contact info and stated some would be in touch. Over the next two weeks, I called back a total of 4 times (they never contacted me back once)! Finally, I’m told they will come to look at my roof problem at 1315 the following day, not much advance notice for the middle of a workday...but hey, I’ve got a roof problem and just glad it’s finally getting looked at! So, I take off work to meet the roofer at the scheduled time and I wait 20 minutes past the time he was supposed to be there...before I call them again (they never called me). They eventually inform me they are sorry but the roofer is not going to be able to make it...I just hung up. These people do not value their customers...a complete waste of time and needless stress, use someone else!!!
UPDATE: This company did contact me and apologized for the lack of contact and for not showing up at the appointed time. If it was just an apology, I would probably not be updating this post; however, they made this right in many ways. They came to my house and were genuinely concerned about my satisfaction. I appreciated that. Further, they fixed our roof for free...for no charge, to further express their sincere apology! They also followed up a couple times after stormy/rainy weather to ensure there were no further leaks. I hope that I do not have to use any roofing company again (because I hope there are no future roof problems), but if I do...I would use this company. They made it right and I do believe they value their customers. Thanks Eric and Allyn, you are both stand up people!
