Hard to review when not physically able to get on the roof to check. Had temporary fix until spring. Positives: Quick to provide quote. Everyeryone has been very polite and respectful. Got a temporary fix done before snow hit. Plans told looking at spring for later needs. Negatives: Did not contact before showing up to fix. For most, people don't want bill right away, but I needed it right away for several reasons. Glad not confirmed spring date yet, for a few reasons, but biggest is already getting asked a date to come and spring is a ways off, but not discussed a few things, nor contract, just a quote; so confused why a date to be set first.

Installation of the shingles and guttering was very good. They were very responsive when they had to come back to fix a few details.

I have had both a new roof and new guttering installed by W&S, both times they’ve been very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. The work looks great as well. Only imperfection I noticed was a handful of nails that were not cleaned up after the roof project was completed. Overall, I would happily recommend W&S to a friend.

WSI was very responsive and provided a quality inspection/quote upon request. The installation of the new roof was a painless process. The crew showed up promptly at the time that was discussed. A conscious effort was made to contain the natural mess that is created with every roof replacement. I would like to see a little more effort put into containing any trash that might blow away into the neighboring areas. I would certainly recommend this roofing company to anyone looking for roof repairs/replacement.

Weddle and Sons Roofing has been impressive to work with. They communicate often and well throughout the entire process. Jeremy was a huge help in navigating items with the insurance. He also contacted me throughout the process to let me know an anticipated date, what I needed to do to prepare, and a final contact the week before with the dates they would be there. The materials and roll-off showed up the afternoon before. They had two crews show up just before 7:30 a.m. They worked quick and did an amazing job. Our roof was roughly 32 squares. They had it torn off and papered shortly after noon. They new shingles were on by 6 pm and they stayed until after dark to finish cleaning. I only found a handful of staple discs and a single nail. Greg, the foreman, was great at answering my questions during the day and making sure things went well. We had a small mishap with a window but when I notified Jeremy, he came right out and they worked to get it replaced/repaired. I would recommend these guys to everyone!

Good customer service from initial contact asking for a quote to completion of project. Whenever I contacted office, they were always very polite and helpful. Job was done efficiently, without delay once started, and clean-up was thorough. My only recommendation is to communicate a few more days in advance when the project will likely be started. One day notice was a little tight for my schedule.
