The man in the back at the service desk provided an amazing service. I walked in, hopeless, to ask if my bike held air or if it was even just worth fixing. In 5 minutes he oiled my chain, tightened my brakes, put air in my tires, and inspected it thoroughly. Needless to say, my bike is running like new again. Amazing service, would 100% recommend to anybody looking to get their bike services. Very thankful.

Castro Valley Trek is a great bike shop! Zack and David always take excellent care of my cycling needs. They are very knowledgeable about the gear for which I’m looking. On top of that, their costumer service is the best!
