Tyler was awesome! Got a service to tune up my bike before a race. He answered all my concerns and was super patient with all of my questions. He even called me to let me know about a chainring issue, swe were able to fix that too. Jake, the mechanic who worked on my bike, did a great job too helping diagnose the chainring issue. Very knowledgeable and nice folks! Will be back!

Called around multiple branches looking for a bike model and was helped by Chris who was absolutely lovely. She was the only person to help me search multiple branches for my bike, gave advice on the model we wanted to order and was just all around incredibly helpful. Amazing service and would consider making the trek (ha) out to Castro Valley to buy from this branch just to work with her.

Came in for a tune-up and am very happy with the result. Even when my bike was brand new, the chain was never this quiet. Staff were kind and even offered a slight slight student discount.

Best place I ever been to. The customer service is excellent and their repairs are second to none. They give quality service. They treat you like family. It’s like walking into Cheers where everyone knows your name. Do your self a favor skip the other bike shops and go here you will not be disappointed.

These guys took my mountain bike, which had been sitting outside, unused, in the elements for 2 years and completely restored it back to perfect working order. They washed it for me and everything.
The lead mechanic was very kind as he explained all my options and didn't try to upsell me on anything. He told me if I dont do a certain thing, exactly what would happen. And then I made the determination about what I thought was critical vs nice to have.
Best part is they finished my bike in less than 8 hours. They told me they usually have a 24hr turn around, pending special order parts, so I was already pleased. But when I got the call about my bike being done on the same day.... Wow.
This shop came recommended to me and I highly recommend it to others. It's way better than that other big chain bicycle store around here. (Rhymes with Tikes Hikes )
Definitely go here. Prices on new bikes are also very reasonable. I will be going back for sure.
