I had my handlebars rewrapped after many many years of use and the turnaround was great only two days and the tech who gave me my bike back noticed that my seat was too far back and was loose and he adjusted it and tightened it up for me.

Absolutely Perfect Customer Service. Tom R (TR19) went above and beyond to help me find the right cleat and right shoe for my needs. Absolutely perfect. I visited trek Webster and had the worst customer service, but the team over here on memorial greeted me the second I walked in and just an overall amazing experience.

Their group rides are excellent and truly open to everyone. Whether you’re riding in Group A, B, or C, you’ll feel welcome and each ride has something to offer. The best part is the unwavering support: no matter the situation, there’s always someone looking out for others. They live by the “no drop” philosophy, and they absolutely mean it.

Came here because something was wrong with my brakes. The mechanic put the bike on the stand and said it needed a brake line flush and fill. A couple days later it was done and they even lubed my chain and adjusted my brakes. I’ll continue to use them
