Bought two Verve 2 bikes from Gustavo. There were some spec changes that I didn't love and Gustavo went above and beyond to swap parts and make things right. I can highly recommend this trek location for their high customer service!!!

Great location with very friendly staff! My family and I recently purchased 2 bikes for my toddler and I. A huge shout out to Gustavo- he was super helpful and knowledgeable! Took the time to talk to us about the store’s offerings, and very patient while we looked around. Loved how engaging he was with our family and really made our toddler feel comfortable on the bike. We really appreciate the great experience and looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend this location to all of Houston!

i ordered a part & when i went to get it i asked the man if he could put it on my bike he said ok in the process of installing my part he found another bad part so he installed both parts & done some more adjustments, very nice guy & very helpful .they did not charge any labor cost. i will do all my bike business with these folks .thank you bud

Brilliant Service.
I was on a work trip to Houston with my travel bike. After the first ride it was apparent my front tyre was worn out; 2 punctures.
I went to this trek store to purchase a new tyre, the guys could not have been more helpful; offering numerous solutions, some very cost effective to get me riding again. Thank you

The staff consistently try to provide an excellent customer experience. While I was discussing an item with one of the staff members, another employee overheard our conversation and proactively took it upon himself to research the item on the website to provide inventory availability for my size range. It doesn't get better than that. Also, the mechanic did great work servicing my bike but more importantly went out of his way to come up front and to professionally and enthusiastically describe the work he did, explain his findings and recommendations. It is a strong group at that location.
