As they are riders themselves, they are able to provide practical advice on products, bike set ups, places to ride.

Had the pleasure of Daniel assisting us today. I purchased a local pre-loved Trek bike for my son and took it into the Trek Ipswich shop. Daniel provided advice with no pressure, fitted new tyres on the spot and helped kit it out with accessories to make it safe and practical to ride straight out of the shop. His help with putting the accessories on the bike and explaining how to use them was greatly appreciated as novice riders. Service was over and above, I'll definitely be coming back here to our new favourite bike shop.

Last week my sons trek marlin was stolen from a GC caravan park he was devastated and we needed to replace. Jake helped us out with the equilivant to our previous one and when we collected todsy there was a surprise bottle holder on it. That small gesture meant a lot.

The staff are great!! I have stopped there more than a couple of times and quite frequently and they were more than happy to assist every single time. It was a great experience, and they made me so comfortable. Dylan taught me how to change the tire in case of an emergency during long rides.
