I have to say Dan and his Team at Trek Bikes Booval has to be the best service and advice I have ever received in a bike shop. No question was not answered nor perceived as a novice or crazy question.
The service from entering the front door to walking out the door was 100% excellent.
I have a Trek Road bike, and I know and appreciate the quality of Trek Bikes.
However, I didn't know about Mountain Bike models and each one was described in full, so I knew I made the right purchase when I purchased 2, one for myself and one for my wife. We looked elsewhere on brand, price and service. It was the service first that sold me and then the quality.
My advice to anyone that is seeking the bicycle market, do your homework, shop around then go and see the team at Trek Booval. I can promise you that you will receive the best satisfaction and service.

I jumped on a few bikes before making a purchase with budget of about $AUD1,000, and the Trek FX 2 was the bike I felt most comfortable on. The ride home was a blast. Great bike with great support and help with set up. I highly recommend the Trek Ipswich shop for both products and service which was very professional and friendly.

Wow! Travelling from Perth with a relatively new e-bike needing urgent warranty work.
