The bit that I like the most is that they will help me getting it in and out of the car. I certainly never got that at the bike shop we used to go to.

Amazing customer service, I walked in to get a new tube in my tyre and walked out with a helmet aswell. They fitted it to my head and did the straps so I wouldnt need to try and do it infront of the mirror. Super helpful and really appreciative of their customers.
