I have brought many bikes over the years and I can say the boys at Ipswich Trek service is 2nd to none.
Despite a couple of issues with delivery times ,which was out of their control they keep me in the loop through the whole process.
Young Haddon was great to deal with and was never in a rush which made the whole experience a pleasure.

I have just had the most pleasant experience!
I have a bike that needed some adjustment. So I took it into Trek, as they are conveniently located and parking is easy. I was met by a very friendly young man named Daniel. He greeted me with a big smile and addressed me as sir (my dad is sir but I appreciate the professionalism and kind manner). I explained to him my needs and he took care of it in minutes. And if all this wasn't enough, he refused to charge me! I insisted but he just wouldn't take any money.
Unfortunately these days good 'ol fashioned customer service and a neighborly attitude isn't as common. But at Trek Bicycle Ipswich, it is alive and well! I highly recommend Trek Bicycle Ipswich for all your bicycling needs.
(their bicycle servicing is also half what I paid at a Indooroopilly bicycle shop!)
