I have just had the most pleasant experience!
I have a bike that needed some adjustment. So I took it into Trek, as they are conveniently located and parking is easy. I was met by a very friendly young man named Daniel. He greeted me with a big smile and addressed me as sir (my dad is sir but I appreciate the professionalism and kind manner). I explained to him my needs and he took care of it in minutes. And if all this wasn't enough, he refused to charge me! I insisted but he just wouldn't take any money.
Unfortunately these days good 'ol fashioned customer service and a neighborly attitude isn't as common. But at Trek Bicycle Ipswich, it is alive and well! I highly recommend Trek Bicycle Ipswich for all your bicycling needs.
(their bicycle servicing is also half what I paid at a Indooroopilly bicycle shop!)

Really helpful staff. They were super busy and I'd driven down from Brisbane to get some BB90 oversize bearings as they were the only store to have them in stock (what gives Trek??). Even with what they had on their plate in the workshop when I asked if they could install them as I was in a bind they shuffled things about to accommodate so I could ride the next day which I really appreciate. Big thanks to Anthony and Dan!!

The staff were friendly and really helpful by understanding my needs. They walked me through my suitable options while weighing cons and pros while being very encouraging.
The week or two after purchasing the bike I took my bike on a 200km touring ride with an 15kg extra weight. After I finished the ride the bike was well worn in. I took the bike into the shop and they did a quick tune up on the spot and finished it with a wash down... Now that is service.
