I would like to thank the team at Trek Bicycle Ipswich for the professional and caring way they went about my Warranty claim for my cracked Trek Madone 9.2 frame . When I first discovered the 8 cm crack in the top tube I was devastated . A good friend of mine put me onto the team at Ipswich and from that first phone call I was taken in as part of the family . I organised to drop my bike to them on Friday 9th March with Anthony immediately telling me they would take it to Trek and have it looked into . By Tuesday 13th Daniel had called me with the news of a warranty replacement Madone offer from Trek Cycles . I arranged an upgrade of Di2 that had been previously purchased for install before the crack was found and had it dropped to the store on Thursday afternoon 15th March . To my shock the team phoned me with the exciting news that my new Madone had been built by Ant and ready to be picked up . The boys new I had a final SSS race and had done all they could to have it ready . I can not speak more highly of the service and expert build of my new pride and joy and recommend to anyone of any bike to experience the upfront , professional and personal service offered by this Trek store . The team are a credit to their owner with 10/10 for customer service and satisfaction .
