First purchase from Trek, and the service from Jake at the Ipswich store did not fault. From the moment I walked in, to testing the bike, to leaving the store - service was 10/10. No pushy sales person lecture, just simple facts and taking the time to find out what I was looking for, and provided very competitive prices. Would highly recommend Trek Ipswich to everyone.

The staff are great!! I have stopped there more than a couple of times and quite frequently and they were more than happy to assist every single time. It was a great experience, and they made me so comfortable. Dylan taught me how to change the tire in case of an emergency during long rides. I had to change trains to get there, and understanding the situation, they extended their time and helped me resolve the issue even beyond the closing time. W staff

The person who served me was perfect. He answered my questions so well and made me very comfortable to buy something I’d seen online just that morning. I also had a test ride in the nearby streets. I couldn’t be happier with the experience at Trek Ipswich. I don’t live locally but the drive was well worth it for an important purchase. A first class team and store.
