I would like to thank the team at Trek Bicycle Ipswich for the professional and caring way they went about my Warranty claim for my cracked Trek Madone 9.2 frame . When I first discovered the 8 cm crack in the top tube I was devastated . A good friend of mine put me onto the team at Ipswich and from that first phone call I was taken in as part of the family . I organised to drop my bike to them on Friday 9th March with Anthony immediately telling me they would take it to Trek and have it looked into . By Tuesday 13th Daniel had called me with the news of a warranty replacement Madone offer from Trek Cycles . I arranged an upgrade of Di2 that had been previously purchased for install before the crack was found and had it dropped to the store on Thursday afternoon 15th March . To my shock the team phoned me with the exciting news that my new Madone had been built by Ant and ready to be picked up . The boys new I had a final SSS race and had done all they could to have it ready . I can not speak more highly of the service and expert build of my new pride and joy and recommend to anyone of any bike to experience the upfront , professional and personal service offered by this Trek store . The team are a credit to their owner with 10/10 for customer service and satisfaction . Once again thanks to the whole team for getting me up and going again so quickly but most importantly with my interests their top priority . Thanks Trek Ipswich you guys are number 1 .

Great store! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff with strong customer service skills. I bought roof and bike racks via the store and because I am not an academic, I asked Dan if he could help me install them. He was happy to help with no hesitation and it really solidified my opinion with the store. Keep up the great work guys!

Don’t back their products, had bike rack severely fail, only reason I didn’t lose my Trek Roscoe 7 was because of the rope lock I had installed, however damage was still done to my vehicle within 35 days of purchase.
I even questioned the salesperson on the Thule’s bike mounting straps when I was purchasing it and he said he’s never had a complaint.
No refund or partial refund offered. Only offered a discount towards purchasing a replacement (not even at whole sale cost)

24hour service on ALL makes and models is false advertising. Refused to service my bike because it's "UNUSUAL". It would be helpful to know you wouldn't service it before I drove down, I expected with such good reviews I would receive good service, this wasn't the case, I won't be returning since I'm not seen as a valued customer.

Caution: overcharged. Dropped my bike in for a Level 2 $179.00 service with Trek Ipswich two weeks ago. I wanted to pay the $179 before I left but they didn’t want me me to pay. When I collected my bike I was charged over $300. The mechanic I collected the bike from was not the guy who checked my bike in. His explanation of the added service was confusing, they claimed to have tried to contact me to seek consent for the extra work. I was not contacted. I asked to see the receipt to clarify exactly what additional work had been done. They claimed they would email the receipt. The receipt didn’t arrive so I called and checked they had the right email address. I still have not received the receipt or any clarification about the additional work.
