The person who served me was perfect. He answered my questions so well and made me very comfortable to buy something I’d seen online just that morning. I also had a test ride in the nearby streets. I couldn’t be happier with the experience at Trek Ipswich. I don’t live locally but the drive was well worth it for an important purchase. A first class team and store. I’d encourage anyone interested in a new bike to go there. A calm, relaxed and completely professional experience.
