Took a different brand gravel bike in store for its first major service. It had a hard life and done over 2500k's on some sketchy tracks and was feeling a bit worn. The attention to detail on the service was next level. After it rode like a new bike. The tech even did the little things free of charge that weren't included in the service. I'd been over eager with the sealant at some point and glued the valves shut on one of the tires. It came back like new.
I later binned the bike and took it back in for a look a the bent handle bars. A different bloke did an excellent job and straightened them out again. Refused to charge me for the service.
The staff at this store are the reason I will always go back there. I can tell they are all passionate about what they do and give you a personal experience.

I brought a high end competitor bike to get serviced. Easily the best service I’ve experienced, the attention to detail and run down of what was going to happen and then what work they performed amazed me.
The tech Jake picked up how lost I was with getting the bike dialled. Made a suite of set up changes for me and it rides like a completely different bike.
