The products are really nice, but it is the service that counts the most. You always hear stories of issues that people have with their bikes...from simple things to big things. I always say you need to find yourself a decent bike shop to sort your bike...your bike shouldn't be like that. A bicycle should just work...and operate on the principle of silence! Ipswich Trek are all over this! I generally think that my bike is in good condition and everything works really well...so after every time I take my bike in for a service and it comes back working so much better I always think why I waited so long. The staff there always have good knowledge of all things bike...can ask them anything...and they have an opinion and can explain the how and why.
