Nick Cosby was absolutely amazing! He got all the right parts for a hitch to be put on my car and had it installed for me. The brake controller required a Bluetooth which I didn’t fully understand. Nick explained it and demonstrated how to work. I came by with my new camper as it didn’t feel quite right. Nick took the time and got the adjustment just right as well as showing me some things on my new to me car. He then showed me some tricks to backing up. Then he made sure the air in my camper tires was correct. On top of that, he then fixed the door latch on my camper when he realized it wasn’t shutting correctly! Nick is a true gem! Very customer oriented and such a gentleman!

My dealership broke my bedcover lock, and claimed they couldn’t fix it. I stopped by the shop and Nick Cosby met me as I stepped inside and asked how he could help. I showed him the issue, and he said he thinks he has a spare lock that would work. After a few minutes, Nick was able to repair the broken lock. He even refused to charge me. I have been in the service industry for 25 years. Now THAT is what real customer service is all about. Anyone I meet who needs truck accessories I will be referring to Nick and his team at H&H. Thank you Nick!
