My dealership broke my bedcover lock, and claimed they couldn’t fix it.
I stopped by the shop and Nick Cosby met me as I stepped inside and asked how he could help.
I showed him the issue, and he said he thinks he has a spare lock that would work.
After a few minutes, Nick was able to repair the broken lock. He even refused to charge me.
I have been in the service industry for 25 years. Now THAT is what real customer service is all about. Anyone I meet who needs truck accessories I will be referring to Nick and his team at H&H.
