Bought a tonneau cover from the Trussville location several years ago. Over the years, it shifted and was hard to open. Called Lee Springer at the Trussville location and he agreed to take a look at it. Set up a time and provided an estimate to adjust the cover. Took it out there and Lee ended up adjusting it for free. Great guy and great service!

I had a 7 blade plug on my wife's chair lift that had come off and didn't even know if it was something that could be fixed there or if it had to be taken to a specialty store. They ordered the part and fixed it in no time. I paid a fraction of what I would've had to pay at a specialty shop. Thanks guy!

I stopped in H & H on Black Friday with a stuck hitch pin. Let me say I was blown away by how helpful the staff was here, they really went above and beyond to get my hitch off and replaced. While they were getting my truck back in shape, I also browsed the store and they have an impressive selection of quality truck accessories. ( I will be back for a ranch hand bumper). You simply don’t find customer service like that anymore- 5 stars
