I took my Silverado in to have a spray in bed liner done. The shops spray gun went out of commission on the first day, and they had to order a new part, that took 4 days to come in. Normally the process to spray is within one day, but I was without my truck for 4 days. Brian W. @ H&H kept me informed, was patient with all my requests for updates, and finally on a Friday afternoon my truck was ready, and it looked terrific. On top of that, for my inconvenience, Brian comped the entire $500 job, now that is customer service. Would highly recommend. They have won me over as a customer. Thanks Brian and H&H!

My experience was smooth and pleasant. I came into the Trussville location several times to decide on the right size wood shed for my backyard and Lee was patient with us and explained everything in detail. The pricing was very reasonable and they offer multiple payment options for your budget. Delivery/set-up was also prompt and pleasant. Highly recommended.

Nick Cosby was absolutely amazing! He got all the right parts for a hitch to be put on my car and had it installed for me. The brake controller required a Bluetooth which I didn’t fully understand. Nick explained it and demonstrated how to work. I came by with my new camper as it didn’t feel quite right. Nick took the time and got the adjustment just right as well as showing me some things on my new to me car. He then showed me some tricks to backing up. Then he made sure the air in my camper tires was correct. On top of that, he then fixed the door latch on my camper when he realized it wasn’t shutting correctly! Nick is a true gem! Very customer oriented and such a gentleman!
