My dealership broke my bedcover lock, and claimed they couldn’t fix it. I stopped by the shop and Nick Cosby met me as I stepped inside and asked how he could help. I showed him the issue, and he said he thinks he has a spare lock that would work. After a few minutes, Nick was able to repair the broken lock. He even refused to charge me. I have been in the service industry for 25 years. Now THAT is what real customer service is all about. Anyone I meet who needs truck accessories I will be referring to Nick and his team at H&H. Thank you Nick!

We are not from town and we were looking for a tow hitch for our van. Someone recommended H&H, I called and spoke with Nick he found what we needed and was so helpful, even printed instructions with pictures for us (probably cause husband and mechanic spoke Spanish) but still really nice gesture. Shopping for a bed cover for my new F-150. Talked with Jim on the phone to find out what would work with the 360 degree camera system. Using his advice and the Leer website I settled on a solid Tonneau cover by Undercover. Ordered on Tuesday and had it installed on Thursday of the same week. They had it installed in an hour. The Technician showed me all the details and features of my new cover. Great price and people!
