This is the best service to use when finding new tenants for your rental...The owner actually responds and always willing to help.....You are ultimately in the drivers seat.....

Having been involved with Vacation Rentals these past two years has lead to many successful bookings for the summer season. As owners, we control all interactions with prospective clients and bookings, while VRWW provides the advertising. Truly a very reliable partner for the Jersey shore season.

Love VRW. They only charge an advertising fee of about $445 annually. Not the enormous fee's VRBO charges our guest's. We get all of our bookings from VRW and are fully booked from May-Oct .

The Vacation Rentals Wildwood website has become very popular this summer since there are no renter fees which allow owners to offer discounted rates compared to realtor rates.

First we are very skeptical when it come to listing sites. No one like to waste money or no return on your investment. Vacation Rentals Wildwood, (VRWW), has produced 70 percent of our vacation home rentals in the 2021 season and we are sure we would have had more if we were not listed on a few other listing sites. Hoping to use them exclusively next year and beyond!

We use Vacation Rentals Wildwood to list our rental property and we were completely booked by the end of February! Super user friendly site to use as both a property owner and a traveler.

I used 3 other sites over the years to advertise my shore condo rental. The prices and fees at these other sites got out of hand. Also, renters could no longer talk to me or book with me directly. They had to book through their site and pay fees. When I learned of Vacation Rentals Wildwood (VRWW), I was relieved. The owner set me up and easily transferred everything from my old site into theirs. Pictures and content transferred over correctly. I now can get calls from potential renters and speak to them. Duane has been FANTASTIC! This is my first go around with weekly rentals and I knew nothing on how to set everything up for renting my property. Duane walked me through the entire process to help me get my rental set up and I couldn't be more Happier/Thankful for his help. I HIGHLY recommend Vacation Rentals if you are looking to rent your property. They treat you as a partner, and not a customer and to me thats WELL worth the investment! FIVE STARS!

Vacation Rentals Wildwood has a great customer focus as they are easy to deal with and quick to respond to any questions. They give the vacation renter a great selection of rental units to consider at the best prices, and in a safe and secure manner! Everything is covered!

This website is great! I love having direct contact with my renters while not having to charge them tax or service fees. That puts more in my pocket and saves renters money! Being at the top of the google search makes a big difference. Unlike other smaller sites, I am getting lots of inquires and rentals. Time to drop the over priced sites that we have no control over and stick with this one site.:) I have three places listed and not only did we fully book but re-booked m many weeks when some renters decided to move their rentals to next year. VRWW has been an amazing local advertising source for our two rental properties in Wildwood, NJ. Extremely easy to use website, great layout, and extremely reasonable pricing. No booking fees for renters or landlords. The majority of my summer has been booked through them. Fabulous customer service. I even received a call from the owner Duane to say he was combining my logins for both listings so I didn’t have to use two different user names. I really appreciated that. Always quick to answer questions. They are local South Jersey people and I always appreciate supporting a local business. Thanks guys!

Started advertising our Lampost condo rental unit 211with Vacation Rentals Wildwood for the season in April 2019. We were able to fill our rentals for the season. Their marketing group is very professional, efficient and supportive in maintaining our North Wildwood rental #125 Bob Snyder

VRW has done very well for me. I have had many vacation rental inquiries and bookings from quality families. Previously I was with another local site that I didn’t get any bookings with so this is a great change for me to be able to book direct with guests. By doing so they avoid outrageous tax and site fees from the other major players of VRBO, AIRBNB etc. Duane is fantastic to work with and is always a phone call away if I have any questions on how to optimize my listing. I am extremely pleased with Vacation Rentals Wildwood!
