Easy to use website that allowed me to fill my rentals for 2019

I made the decision to leave VRBO this past year and move my listing to Vacation Rentals Wildwood. What a great decision it turned out to be! I had the most weeks rented any of my 5 years in Wildwood Crest and by far my most profitable year. And it was like a breath of fresh air to have a listing with a company that knew that my interaction with the people who would be vacationing in my house was important to me. I highly recommend them.

I want to thank Duane and his crew. This company is proof that a smaller start up can be more beneficial then those corporate owned conglomerates. Last year we decided to add Vacation Rentals Wildwood to our marketing platforms. In less then a year we have gotten more bookings through them then the two popular major online platforms. We got really discouraged with those larger platforms. We own the properties and take all the risks. They did not respect that aspect. Also they keep increasing fees and it has gotten ridiculous! Their policies protect renters not the owners that take all the risks! We owners are what allows them to exist! If it was not for us they would not even be around! So we get less money and more risk! With VRW we see and feel like we have complete control of our investment. They absolutely look out for the owners. They provide great tools to market and advice. Plus they are accessible! We get direct contact with bookings. We get to decide and flush out potential bad bookings. They provide great exposure for us on the web and that is a major plus! ALSO NO HOTEL TAX because we get to handle all of the transaction. Spectacular idea! They are new and evolving with great ideas! Glad to have signed on early with Duane and his group! Looking forward to many years advertising with Vacation Rentals Wildwood!! I have liked his ideas moving forward. I would Just like to add one idea of my own. You provide yard signs to advertise our listings. Can you propose to create small vehicle decals or stickers that say the same things. I would love to have stickers or decals to put on my vehicles that direct potential renters to your site and our listings. Thanks much Duane and VRW!! Listing 126 on your site!!
