I was extremely happy with the service I received at the Bracknell branch of Trek Bikes. Mariana was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my visit.
I was impressed by how promptly the staff assembled my new bike, allowing me to try it straight away and confirm it was the correct size. I also received a 5% discount using my Blue Light Card, which was a lovely bonus.
Mariana and her colleague kindly helped me place the bike into my car, which I greatly appreciated. I cannot recommend this branch highly enough, especially the helpful and welcoming staff, as well as the very friendly and welcoming pets.

I recently had my bike upgraded in-store and the whole experience was flawless from start to finish. The level of service is on another level. You can tell straight away these guys know their stuff and actually care about getting the best result for you.

Great and fast service!
Went to Halford today for them to fix a break for me, they told me I had to come back in 2 weeks! I asked them if they knew other places around and they mentioned Trek Bicycle. I went there at 1.30 and my bike was sorted by 1.45. Very pleased by their professionalism.
Will definitely come back and recommend it.

From start to finish we have had a 5 star service from the team at Trek Bracknell. From product knowledge to customer experience, value for money to hospitality they have been absolutely fantastic. Little things like speaking directly to our 10 year old as the customer instead of just talking to us as the purchasers which is so important as a 10 year old boy! It has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with the team there and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Yes you can go and shop around online but a) they do amazing price matching where they can b) you don't get this firsthand personalised and exclusive experience. 100% recommend and we will be a lifelong customer as a result.

This is hands down the best bike shop I've ever been to. I rushed in quite close to their time closing in the middle of the week, expecting to have a quick look and be rudely ushered out of the door. I was approached as soon as I entered, explained what I was after and was then shown multiple bikes, discussed specs, looked online at new releases/options... Suggestions adapted the more I disclosed details on usage, riding style spec etc.... Honestly the best service I have ever had in a bike shop, super nice, very knowledgable, explained things well. (I have toured multiple countries on my existing bike and been in a shedload of bike shops/mechanics and never had this level of expertise friendliness combined!)
