I’ve not had a retail experience like this in a long time. It was fantastic start to finish.
The team at Bracknell are really knowledgeable, passionate and approachable. Mariana in particular is a super star. I was a little nervous as I don’t know much about bikes but she put me at ease instantly and just helped sincerely and gave me great advice. It was really personal and I felt confident and looked after.
I am so happy with my bike and have a genuine feeling of being part of something, I look forward to going back and seeing the team when my bike needs servicing.
I’d recommend Trek and Bracknell and Mariana to anyone!!!!!

Had a problem with my gear cable on my Trek DS2 which due to a bend in the cable wouldn’t allow me to switch gears. Took it to Trek in Bracknell and without asking any questions Ed replaced the cable within minutes and had me back on the road. Stellar customer service from both Ed and Mariana, lovely peaple who know how to treat their customers (unlike Evans Cycles). Keep up the good work guys.

Mariana was amazing, from our first enquiry about an e-bike, to greeting us in the store, giving us all the details & a test ride. She price matched everything we bought, advised us on settings for the bike etc. The team then set up the bike & made sure everything was perfect. Mariana even emailed us this morning to say she had mailed the water bottle we had left behind - to be honest we hadn’t even realised we had left it!! Amazing service, very friendly & helpful. Couldn’t have been happier with the service I received from the team at Trek Bracknell, especially Mariana. The communication was great and I was able to test ride a couple of different bikes with them. The knowledge of the range was exceptional and they helped recommend a Checkpoint gravel bike over Procaliber for the type of riding I was going to do.
If you’re using your companies C2W scheme then they are also very accommodating and don’t charge a fee, like a lot of other shops do.
One ride in and I’m loving the Checkpoint. Thanks again.

We have purchased two Trek bikes from Mariana at the Bracknell store for our two teenage sons, and later returned to buy a third after one of the original bikes was unfortunately stolen after only 8 days of owning the bike.
On every occasion, Mariana went above and beyond to help us. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we found the right bike. She even took the time to reply to our emails on her days off, which shows just how dedicated she is to providing exceptional customer service.

I’ve always loved Trek bikes, and one of the main reasons I keep coming back to the brand is the excellent after-sales service.
I’ve recently purchased two bikes from Trek Bracknell, and the whole experience has been first class from start to finish. Mariana, Ed, and the store manager (John I think)were all incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about making sure I got exactly the right bikes for my needs.
Nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent throughout, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up perfectly.
It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service these days, and it’s a credit to the entire team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Trek Bracknell to anyone looking for a new bike or expert advice.
