Couldn’t have been happier with the service I received from the team at Trek Bracknell, especially Mariana. The communication was great and I was able to test ride a couple of different bikes with them. The knowledge of the range was exceptional and they helped recommend a Checkpoint gravel bike over Procaliber for the type of riding I was going to do.
If you’re using your companies C2W scheme then they are also very accommodating and don’t charge a fee, like a lot of other shops do.
One ride in and I’m loving the Checkpoint. Thanks again.

We have purchased two Trek bikes from Mariana at the Bracknell store for our two teenage sons, and later returned to buy a third after one of the original bikes was unfortunately stolen after only 8 days of owning to bike.
On every occasion, Mariana went above and beyond to help us. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we found the right bike. She even took the time to reply to our emails on her days off, which shows just how dedicated she is to providing exceptional customer service.

I’ve always loved Trek bikes, and one of the main reasons I keep coming back to the brand is the excellent after-sales service.
I’ve recently purchased two bikes from Trek Bracknell, and the whole experience has been first class from start to finish. Mariana, Ed, and the store manager (John I think)were all incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about making sure I got exactly the right bikes for my needs.
Nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent throughout, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up perfectly.
It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service these days, and it’s a credit to the entire team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Trek Bracknell to anyone looking for a new bike or expert advice.

I was extremely happy with the service I received at the Bracknell branch of Trek Bikes. Mariana was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my visit.
I was impressed by how promptly the staff assembled my new bike, allowing me to try it straight away and confirm it was the correct size. I also received a 5% discount using my Blue Light Card, which was a lovely bonus.

Went to Halford today for them to fix a break for me, they told me I had to come back in 2 weeks! I asked them if they knew other places around and they mentioned Trek Bicycle. I went there at 1.30 and my bike was sorted by 1.45. Very pleased by their professionalism.
Will definitely come back and recommend it.

Little things like speaking directly to our 10 year old as the customer instead of just talking to us as the purchasers which is so important as a 10 year old boy!
