Trek Bracknell has the finest staff of any bike shop around. They really go above and beyond to make sure you get the right bike for you. They carried out a side by side geometry comparison to my old bike to make sure I had the size that I would be comfortable with, and without that I would have purchased the wring side bike. They located the bike I liked and had it brought from the other side of the UK. So a massive thank you to Mariana, Jen and Robin. The real A Team.

Bought my son's bike from here and it was fantastic service the day of purchase with the bike ready to ride away. Around a month after buying the bike he had a fall causing some minor alignment issues to the wheel, so took it to Trek bracknell. All fixed and given a check within a few minutes. Great service

Picked up my first Trek over the weekend. Spent the previous few weeks discussing specs and extras with Mariana who was very accommodating with my endless requests for price matching! Whilst I was in the shop I also had some good banter with Rob, Jenni and the mechanic (sorry forgot your name, he has the long beard) who helped me look at some parts for my Specialized.
Overall great friendly team, good communications and no hard sell tactics. Whilst I don't live in the immediate area it is was worth the trip.
