Bought my son's bike from here and it was fantastic service the day of purchase with the bike ready to ride away. Around a month after buying the bike he had a fall causing some minor alignment issues to the wheel, so took it to Trek bracknell. All fixed and given a check within a few minutes. Great service

Picked up my first Trek over the weekend. Spent the previous few weeks discussing specs and extras with Mariana who was very accommodating with my endless requests for price matching! Whilst I was in the shop I also had some good banter with Rob, Jenni and the mechanic (sorry forgot your name, he has the long beard) who helped me look at some parts for my Specialized.
Overall great friendly team, good communications and no hard sell tactics. Whilst I don't live in the immediate area it is was worth the trip.

The guys down at Trek are incredible, their customer service is paramount and I thoroughly enjoy my time there while visiting. Robin is a fantastic store manager and you can vividly see the passion for his Job role. his staff are comfortable around him. A very good team there all in all. Got a new bike here last week, the staff were very helpful, and did a great job answering my beginner queries. Also love the price matching on bike purchases, so you can get the bike locally at competitive prices.

The staff here are friendly, competent, know their bikes and give you straight answers. They let me pedal an e-bike on the concourse outside the shop to check the frame size. The Trek build quality sold itself in 15 minutes and I ordered a custom frame/model/colour combination on the day. The order arrived from Germany within a week. This store carries comprehensive stocks of all the top accessories (locks/clothing/panniers/spare parts/upgrades etc). I've had a "Nice bike, Mr." comment while out riding a few times. Highly recommended.
