Awesome! Got an”Orro terra C” gravel bike, fairy new. Had an issue with the bike which couldn’t fix myself not being to good with Mecanic. I live at the lexicon but was worried about walking into Trek’s new shop. After reading previous reviews i went straight there. Left my bike and 2 hours later got a text saying bike is ready! Didn’t had a clue what to expect price wise even if I knew issue was only small. They charged me only £16!! Bargain. Bike is fix and even looked cleaner. Tire also been pumped up!
Happy day. Will go back to get accessories as I could see and great selection and not expensive

I recently purchased a new road bike from your Bracknell store and had fantastic customer service from Mariana. If it wasn't for her I would have bought the bike from elsewhere but she was so helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy, that I placed the order.Even after the sale she was excellent, continuing to communicate with me and keep me up to date on the delivery progress and also making sure that I had all the extra bits, so i could get straight out on it when it arrived.Without her you would not have got this sale and I will recommend your store to friends and family because of her. You have a good one there and she deserves a bonus.....
