I brought my road bike (a high end Specialized model) to these guys for a full service. I really can’t say enough good things about them. Bart received the bike and was super friendly and helpful explaining what they would do and providing a quote that was very fair for the amount of work involved. The service was done by Louis and I can honestly say his work is impeccable. The bike is showroom clean (so clean I almost don’t want to ride it!), everything is butter smooth, and the final price came in below the quote. It rides like brand new and I couldn’t be happier. Will definitely use these guys in future.

Really helpful and the staff are so friendly. They go above and beyond to answer your questions and to help you pick a product, whether that be a full bike or a helmet that is what you actually want and need.
There's no pressure here to buy the most expensive, they just give you the facts which was great for a novice like me who was honestly a little nervous buying a bike. I wish I could remember everyone's names who have took the time with me and answered all my questions but for now I'll just have to thank the whole team at Trek Bracknell!

I picked up my new Trek Remedy 8 from this store. Mariana and Patrick were fantastic, polite and so helpful. The store is spacious, lots of stock of various equipment sizes and colours. Moreover, being situated opposite a car park so very close by makes things more easier for any visitor. Excellent place to shop!!

Wow, what a wonder customer experience. I have just come back from Trek and had to write this review. From the moment you walk up to the shop , you have a sign that says: "All bikes welcome". Immediately it puts a smile on your face. Then you are greeted by an amazing friendly woman. A massive shout out to Bart wow took his time and inspected my Specialised Kenevo. He gave me a detailed report and quotation. Nothing was a problem for him. A brilliant, welcoming team who love their job. Oh yes, thank you for the great coffee.

Over the last 3 decades I have frequented many a bike shop both independent and main stream manufacturers and having been recently introduced to Trek I have found them to be amongst the best I've encountered. The ease of location coupled with the professionalism of the staff makes Bracknell my goto. From arrival to departure the staff ensure that you are fully catered for offering advise as and when required in a honest and professional manner. They have a genuine passion for cycling and a solid knowledge of their products and by identifying the customers requirements can dial in the right equipment for you. I ride around 6000-7000 miles a year and having recently added a Domane to the fleet I can already envisage the majority of this years miles being done on this 'do all' machine. Its combination of comfort, spec, looks and performance will be great from a quick hour ride to all day in the saddle and it has the potential to be a great road or gravel bike at the change of a tyre.
I wish Trek and Trek Bracknell all the very best and know from my encounter with the Area Manager and the interim Store manager that it will be a huge success. Thanks for all the advise and customer support so far

Probably the best service I've had at any shop, let alone a bike shop. I had a fairly unpleasant crash nearby, 150km into a 700km charity cycle. Called the service team, and they went out of their way to get me back on the road. Bike fixed, helped me with injuries, espresso, new helmet. All of the service staff stayed late to help out. Genuinely incredible. Would not have managed the rest of the ride without them.

I recently had a service to my Whyte 603, and following a chat with the staff, decided on some comprehensive upgrades to the drive train. All of the staff I came across have been both friendly and knowledgeable in the advice given. My bike now rides better than it has ever done before, and the recommendations they put forward have all proved spot on. Trek Bracknell has fast become my new favourite bike shop, and I will back again for sure.
