Very friendly team, with great customer service.
I took my bike in for repair and had it back within the hour, with a new Bottom Bracket. Exactly what's needed, when you use the bike for your daily commute.

Really great service. This is a new branch in Bracknell and will be a great resource for riders at Swinley forest.

Bart and the team provided a fantastic service for my MTB hardtail. I had a number of components replaced which were identified in visual inspection within the agreed budget and I was kept updated at regular intervals. Great to have a bike service in central Bracknell again! Thanks

Sadly had an issue with my trek bike i purchased from the bracknell branch. Manufactors issue so not down to the store. The store sorted me a refund, took all my parts off and got this all sorted within one day. Great staff and great shop.

In general they are very helpful but I wouldn't leave one of my bikes with them again.
I paid for the highest level service (~£850 inc. New breaks) for my trail bike, the frame was damaged during the service and they didn't bother to tell me about it.
They used what looks to be flathead scewdriver to open my headset, so that area of the frame is surrounded in chips now.
I wouldnt recommend trek for anything that requires your bike be left unattended. They have lost my trust for 1. Damaging my frame 2. Not owning up to it.

Terrible customer service. Zero help with an issue on a bike under warranty. Steer clear unless you are a lycra clad roadie.

Front door says opening hours are 9am Monday to Thursday. Arrived at 9.45 and shutters were still down.
