I brought my road bike (a high end Specialized model) to these guys for a full service. I really can’t say enough good things about them. Bart received the bike and was super friendly and helpful explaining what they would do and providing a quote that was very fair for the amount of work involved. The service was done by Louis and I can honestly say his work is impeccable. The bike is showroom clean (so clean I almost don’t want to ride it!), everything is butter smooth, and the final price came in below the quote. It rides like brand new and I couldn’t be happier. Will definitely use these guys in future.

There's no pressure here to buy the most expensive, they just give you the facts which was great for a novice like me who was honestly a little nervous buying a bike. I wish I could remember everyone's names who have took the time with me and answered all my questions but for now I'll just have to thank the whole team at Trek Bracknell!

I picked up my new Trek Remedy 8 from this store. Mariana and Patrick were fantastic, polite and so helpful. The store is spacious, lots of stock of various equipment sizes and colours. Moreover, being situated opposite a car park so very close by makes things more easier for any visitor. Excellent place to shop!!

Wow, what a wonder customer experience. I have just come back from Trek and had to write this review. From the moment you walk up to the shop , you have a sign that says: "All bikes welcome". Immediately it puts a smile on your face. Then you are greeted by an amazing friendly woman. A massive shout out to Bart wow took his time and inspected my Specialised Kenevo. He gave me a detailed report and quotation. Nothing was a problem for him. A brilliant, welcoming team who love their job. Oh yes, thank you for the great coffee.
