Had a multi punctured tyre on my FX5, taking a chance I took it into Trek Bracknell and was rather more than pleasantly surprised that one of the mechanics - Matthew offered and repaired the bike while I waited at a very good price, he also including an assessment of its overall condition and advice on similar issues.

Fantastic service, products and attention to detail.
Nothing was too much trouble, and i felt in good hands when it came to advice on security, mud guards and the essentials to get me cycling again.
The whole team's attention to detail in setting up the bike was well received and appreciated as not having owned an e-bike i felt much more confident when i collected the bike and rode out of the shop.

In Early 2023 Trek Bracknell supplied me with 2 bikes. A Trek Domane SLR and a Trek Procaliber. Very satisfied with the bikes and they have taken excellent care of them with regard to the subsequent servicing. Enthusiastic knowledgeable and friendly staff. Matty and the team did an excellent job in recommending adjustments and they were able to complete them on the day and check everything was functioning correctly watching me riding outside the shop. I visited the store only to test some bikes I'd seen online. Mariana served me and was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't plan on buying a bike directly from Trek as I'd seen them cheaper online, but Mariana price matched to the cheapest she could find, which was incredible, and I ended up buying the Marlin 6 Gen 3 there and then, and taking it home same day. Lovely store, lovely people, couldn't it recommend more.

Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Great spacious shop showcasing Trek bikes. Apparently they have a demo fleet too so we'll worth the visit if you intend to buy a bike.

The team was very helpful and friendly when in-store. They serviced (Level 2) my and recommended replacement parts to maintain its efficiency. When it was handed back it was in showroom condition. Taking into account that the team was very busy leading up to the end of the 15% off servicing offer, I do think the communication could have been better as to when my bike would be ready I dropped it off Wednesday 28th February and was told it was booked for Friday, when I didn't hear anything I called the store around 5:00 pm on Friday to be told the bike wouldn't be ready and that it was booked in for Saturday. When I didn't hear anything on Saturday I called the store around 5:00 pm and was told it would not be ready until Tuesday when the store was next open. I received a text message as promised on Tuesday to say the bike was ready to be collected. On this occasion, I was in no real hurry to receive the bike back but if I had it may have been a different story.
