Had a multi punctured tyre on my FX5, taking a chance I took it into Trek Bracknell and was rather more than pleasantly surprised that one of the mechanics - Matthew offered and repaired the bike while I waited at a very good price, he also including an assessment of its overall condition and advice on similar issues.

Fantastic service, products and attention to detail.
Nothing was too much trouble, and i felt in good hands when it came to advice on security, mud guards and the essentials to get me cycling again.
The whole team's attention to detail in setting up the bike was well received and appreciated as not having owned an e-bike i felt much more confident when i collected the bike and rode out of the shop.

In Early 2023 Trek Bracknell supplied me with 2 bikes. A Trek Domane SLR and a Trek Procaliber. Very satisfied with the bikes and they have taken excellent care of them with regard to the subsequent servicing. Enthusiastic knowledgeable and friendly staff. I visited the store only to test some bikes I'd seen online. Mariana served me and was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't plan on buying a bike directly from Trek as I'd seen them cheaper online, but Mariana price matched to the cheapest she could find, which was incredible, and I ended up buying the Marlin 6 Gen 3 there and then, and taking it home same day. Lovely store, lovely people, couldn't it recommend more.
