The staff here are friendly, competent, know their bikes and give you straight answers. They let me pedal an e-bike on the concourse outside the shop to check the frame size. The Trek build quality sold itself in 15 minutes and I ordered a custom frame/model/colour combination on the day. The order arrived from Germany within a week. This store carries comprehensive stocks of all the top accessories (locks/clothing/panniers/spare parts/upgrades etc). I've had a "Nice bike, Mr." comment while out riding a few times. Highly recommended.

What a great experience at Trek Bracknell this morning! Visited with my 14 year old twin boys who were both in the market for new bikes. They were sized up properly, allowed to try the bikes they were after, and received sound advice on what was right for them. Even received a complementary cold drink! Got a great deal too, a better spec bike for their original budget. A huge thanks to Mariana and the team there for an absolutely 5 star service. Keep doing what you’re doing, it’s rare these days! We had the best time visiting this Trek shop. My daughters and I are huge Mads Pedersen fans and wanted to see the Trek shop for ourselves.
