Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Great spacious shop showcasing Trek bikes. Apparently they have a demo fleet too so we'll worth the visit if you intend to buy a bike.

The team was very helpful and friendly when in-store. They serviced (Level 2) my and recommended replacement parts to maintain its efficiency. When it was handed back it was in showroom condition. Taking into account that the team was very busy leading up to the end of the 15% off servicing offer, I do think the communication could have been better as to when my bike would be ready I dropped it off Wednesday 28th February and was told it was booked for Friday, when I didn't hear anything I called the store around 5:00 pm on Friday to be told the bike wouldn't be ready and that it was booked in for Saturday. When I didn't hear anything on Saturday I called the store around 5:00 pm and was told it would not be ready until Tuesday when the store was next open. I received a text message as promised on Tuesday to say the bike was ready to be collected. On this occasion, I was in no real hurry to receive the bike back but if I had it may have been a different story.

Matthew the technician at the Bracknell branch was excellent with helping me with the Shimano crank recall issue I had and in talking me through the current range of Trek bikes. I will definitely go back to the shop for future bike purchases and help with my bike.

Walked into town and stopped in as we were passing on a whim really. We were served by a man called Cookie and he was absolutely brilliant. He spent ages exploring different options with us and letting us test ride different bikes in the area out the front of the store, gave us free coffee and soft drinks and then put together a quote for bike to work scheme.
He is obviously really passionate about cycling and customer service this really comes through when dealing with him. An asset to the business.

Excellent quality products at reasonable prices. Your customer service however is incredible! My recent visits to Trek Bracknell have been brilliant, your staff there went above and beyond to help me find my ideal bike. All the staff were warm and friendly, were very knowledgeable and helpful, no question was left unanswered and I didn’t feel I was rushed or being upsold too. Special shout out to Mathew and Mariana who, along with the manager (Steve I think) made my ordeal of having to pick the perfect bike with little knowledge just that little bit easier. Thanks again Trek and in particular those members of staff from the Bracknell branch.

Went in to get a new bike for my partner. Had to get in ordered in as the bike size was not in stock on site. I was told approximately 2 weeks but it was only a week before it arrived in store. I was called as soon as it had arrived and they built the bike and we collected it the same day!
My partner and i are super chuffed with the bike, the quality of the bike and service. Simply the best team in there! Keep it up as it's a pleasure to walk into this store. Special shout out to Robin, Matty and Cookie for being amazing!

The service you receive at Trek is nothing short of exceptional! Mariana and the team at the Bracknell branch couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. I wanted to get a new hard tail E bike for both work and the trails, the team took the time to give real world advice, help tailor the bike suspension and dropper post to my height and weight. Collection is made easy and the store has some great information in there such a local trails and bike maintenance work shops. Thank you so much :-D

I've had a bad injury and needed my first ebike. I have been dying to exercise but have been unable to now. Thanks to Marianna, Robbie and the team I ended up with the brilliant FX 2 step thru bike and two Ortlieb paniers for the shopping. It's my first real ride in three months and the team me left a smile on face :) Thanks guys. Great product knowledge, super product and I got a good deal. You can test ride the bikes outside btw, plenty of room.
