Had a great experience with the team at Trek Bracknell. I knew I wanted to upgrade my bike but I wasn’t sure quite what the right choice was - Oli was really helpful, talked through the different options and gave great advice, but never came across as pushy. On picking up the bike yesterday, both Mariana and Oli were really friendly and got the bike set up perfectly for me - nothing was too much trouble.
I couldn’t recommend them enough, and I’m thrilled with my new bike which I took out for the first time yesterday and gave me such a fun ride!

I had a very pleasant experience with the guys in Trek Bracknell. They were friendly, attentive and listened to what I wanted from an eBike and what my was budget was, but they weren't pushy for a sale whatsoever. Originally I was looking for another brand but my partner persuaded me to try Trek as he has a good relationship with them, having used them for servicing his own eBike and having Trek bikes previously. From the moment we got in the shop, we were offered a drink (which was welcomed on a hot day) and were listened to when I explained what I was after. As a 50yr old who now struggles with hills and long distances due to asthma, I wanted an eBike to give me confidence to ride again. My partner and I do the trails in Swinley but I was struggling on my current bike. I am not the most gnarly MTB rider and didn't see the need for a full sus MTB, so the Trek Powerfly was ideal. The guys went through all the various options and in the end, we found a bike that was closer to my budget, esp when a discount was applied to match another website selling the same bike. I finally picked up my bike last Thurs and I love it. Again, Robin and the guys were friendly and attentive and offered loads of good advice before we left the shop. We went out that evening in Swinley and gave it a spin. I can't wait to get out there and explore more places and restore my confidence in riding again. Thank you.

Came in with my daughter to buy some cycling gloves for my husband. The service we received was outstanding. The man who served us was friendly and helpful and gave my daughter stickers and a card to give to her dad for his birthday with his gloves. The shop had such a lovely, calm atmosphere I am tempted to go back just to chill out!
