This place is great. Really friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Clearly very experienced riders but don't make you feel like an idiot when you don't really know what you're talking about, like me. Sorted my puncture today when I wandered in, charged me a pittance for it and didn't even charge for the labour. Free cold drinks, nice touch.
Have a look on the wall to the left as you go in, useful board with QR codes to download trails.
Overall, highly recommended.

Had a great experience with the team at Trek Bracknell. I knew I wanted to upgrade my bike but I wasn’t sure quite what the right choice was - Oli was really helpful, talked through the different options and gave great advice, but never came across as pushy. On picking up the bike yesterday, both Mariana and Oli were really friendly and got the bike set up perfectly for me - nothing was too much trouble.
I couldn’t recommend them enough, and I’m thrilled with my new bike which I took out for the first time yesterday and gave me such a fun ride!
