We traveled to the Orlando area from Indiana exclusively for some trail riding. During our second ride, my husband's crank malfunctioned and needed replacement. The Lakeland Trek store went above and beyond twice over to help us find a replacement for the odd sized crank. Thank you Cameron!! You are awesome and saved our vacation. BTW…we purchased this bike from the same store two years ago and received wonderful support at that time also. Highly recommend the Lakeland Trek Store.

I brought an e-bike in that needed a lot of maintenance and repairs. This was a bike I didn’t even purchase there and they took care of all my needs as if I did. The service was amazing and the prices there were unbelievably fair and quality of work amazing

Every time I’ve ever been in the shop, I’ve been very pleased with the attitude of the staff. Many times I just needed something fixed that was simple, like a bad tube, and they were able to take care of me while I waited. It’s a great bike shop!

Fast and friendly service. We picked up a bike from the thrift store that needed new inner tubes and we went straight to Trek before going home. They changed them out and were done within 20 minutes and to test drive it, we carefully took the backroads home.

The staff here are amazing. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I use them for my wheelchair rims in which they are extremely expensive Spinergy rims, they not only do an extremely great job quickly, I’ve never had any damage. They always go above and beyond to help, Cameron was extremely helpful when I went the other day.
I called around to all other bicycle stores in town for their help and all were not very pleasant and didn’t want to help me, possibly because I didn’t buy my tires and rims from them. Called David’s and they snail come right down, actually went at a good time and did the job while I waited. Have been going ever since, and will be getting a Trek for my lil man! Thanks guys for your help!

I recently purchased a tail light. That is pretty much all I purchase from this place. Only because that is all I really need. Even though it was just a small purchase, I received excellent customer service. They have the best bicycle lights.
