Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Just moved to Florida and we are thrilled to find a high quality bike shop. We are getting back into cycling and the tune ups were perfect for us. Despite being older bikes, they now ride like new again. I highly recommend Trek Lakeland.

Another great experience. The staff and owner were super friendly and helpful. I purchased services for my bike, and they still took the time to improve my cell phone holder even though it was not part of the services. Really appreciated the extra care and customer service.

Called and talked with Owen about a first bike for a 4 year old. Owen sent photos of the options in stock. When I inquired about a model on Trek’s website, Owen suggested I order it and have it shipped to the store. I placed the order, received notification when it shipped and when it arrived. The staff at the shop communicated when it was ready to be picked up.
All communication was professional and informative.
Upon pick up, the staff was friendly and helpful.
Now about the bike - It is far superior to box store children’s bikes. Its quality construction and proper assembly are evident. This bike runs a few dollars more than box store bikes, but in my opinion, the difference is well justified.
Thanks to Owen and the team at Lakeland Trek Bike Shop for helping make this Christmas Gift possible for a lovely little girl.
