Called and talked with Owen about a first bike for a 4 year old. Owen sent photos of the options in stock. When I inquired about a model on Trek’s website, Owen suggested I order it and have it shipped to the store. I placed the order, received notification when it shipped and when it arrived. The staff at the shop communicated when it was ready to be picked up. All communication was professional and informative. Upon pick up, the staff was friendly and helpful. Now about the bike - It is far superior to box store children’s bikes. Its quality construction and proper assembly are evident. This bike runs a few dollars more than box store bikes, but in my opinion, the difference is well justified.
