I purchased my Townie Electric bike from Trek Bike Shop in Lakeland FL. The electronics stopped working and there was limited help from a third party parts maker. Chris the owner of Trek Bike shop went the extra mile with a parts bike that they had and got the bike working again. Great job Chris and the employees of Trek Bike Shop. Thank you guys! Terry Sowles

Ask for Owen, super cool guy. Very patient and had zero issues with answering all of my questions. Not very typical when you're going to a "big chain" bike shop. Thanks again for helping me figure out my new Trek Roscoe 7. 10/10

I couldn't get my sons mountain bike assembled which was purchased online from Amazon. I brought the box in and they where able to assembled it for me. I've also dropped off my nephews bike and had them put a chain on his bike and they fixed the handle bars and brakes on my sons electric scooter. Very nice people and efficient and helpful when I had questions.

It was an absolute positive experience shopping here for the first time. Watching the staff help customers take their bikes out to their vehicle and load them. When I purchased my bike they did the extra and wiped it down just to make sure it was clean before I left. It was already in my opinion. Very friendly and easygoing.
