Love Trek after our first experiences at the Fyshwick store but as a family, our experience with Duncan at the Phillip store was absolutely next level and we were very happy to purchase our bikes & bike rack from him! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and clearly knew what he was talking about. He quickly and confidently fitted the bikes to me (adult) and our son (5 years) and we rode our bikes that day! Will be back for another bike for the older child and for future servicing and apparel.

I recently got into cycling, and on one of my first rides I ended up getting a flat tire early in the ride. I walked in to the store tired and desperate, and Daniel helped me like I was any other customer.

The team here today were fantastic. Andrew was a wealth of knowledge, not just on the bike and helmet, but also on how to teach my son to ride, where to go for flat and easy rides etc. A community feel sales team with professional advice and good product.

I could not be happier with the service from Trek Phillip. I called on a Sunday and one of the young staff members assisted in finding and locating a bike in my size that day. They shipped it in and had me riding away within a couple days. Absolutely amazing effort from all involved. I could not recommend more highly.
