In these challenging times of the global bikes and parts deficit, they were able to find me a full suspension mtb faster (by 3-4 months) than anyone else and for a very competitive price. Also, special thanks to staff in the Phillip store for the great customer experience they provided: flexibility (needed the bike assembled sooner as was going away), consulting re: maintenance etc. really impressed! Will likely come back for a new carbon roadie later this year

I bought a new wheelset and disc rotors but didn't have a torque wrench that could fit the rotors to the required level of torque. I hadn't made an appt but as I had to nip to Woden, I took them to Trek in Phillip. The young fella on the service counter was incredibly helpful. He fitted the rotors to the correct torque setting, and as it was a fairly quick job he didn't charge me. Great stuff from Trek!

Fantastic and above-and-beyond helpful staff and service. Went there to get a tube replaced on a (non-Trek!) pram tire. Was expecting to have to leave the pram there and pick up the next day [went there on Sunday arvo]. One of the mechanics said "not a problem at all, give us 10 minutes". Had a nice couple of words for my 2.5 year old son who was with me, and suggested looking at the fishes at the next door pet store whilst waiting. Did that, 10 minutes later everything was done! Great price too! Highly recommended!
