10 out of 10 - A 2020 Experience My work colleagues ride bikes for transport, recreation and fitness. I wanted to increase my fitness and leg strength to complement my running. I am a Canberra Deadly Runner and a few of my fellow runners also ride. This desire led to chats with colleagues, internet searches, Youtube viewing, Trek Bicycles Phillip, a brief call and a walk in. This is what I experienced... Personable service, in store. Initially, I was anxious as I last rode a bike briefly about a decade ago and I am in my late 50s. I received great advice and I was shown a few options. I felt happy with the Women's Dual Sport 1. Every question was answered and I was advised that there would be a delay in delivery. 2020, Covid wrecked havoc on businesses, so when I was told there were delays, no problem. I did not expect the level of communication and courtesy. I received messages, emails and phone calls - all updates on delivery. The bike was ready before Christmas, however I was interstate. They had gone out of their way to phone, the day before Christmas Eve! Collecting my bike and accessories was a breeze. Alexander's advice on helmets, chain locks and bottle holders was very helpful, even fitting the holder for me. Another plus was the, 'Wecome to Trek Family' email with warranty and insurance info.
