I bought an Allante 7 from the store at Phillip ACT. Ben & Paul were very helpful in me making my choice although I was sold on it was what I wanted before I went in. A test ride confirmed it. Ordered the bike and it was ready in a week as a new one wasn't in stock. The guys went over all facets of the bike before I rode it home. Extremely happy with their service and Assistance.

I had two flat tyres and came in without any appointment, the guys fixed the tyres and fitted new tubes which are puncture resistant within 30 minutes. Prompt service and the prices on new bikes were very tempting indeed...

Recently brought in a flat tire that I needed help with changing, I got all the right equipment and went home to try do it myself. Ended up puncturing the inner tube in about 4 places accidentally during the changing process, went back to the shop and the guys were kind enough to gift me a free replacement and give me a great tutorial on how to replace the tire without levers.
I can't speak highly enough of the service. Will definitely be coming back for more gear once I get into the swing riding.
