Great service and advice. SMS advice regarding completion of service work is extremely efficient. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Very convenient location and parking availability is a real plus. Being able to drop off a "broken" bike at 2 pm on Sunday afternoon was very convenient. And they even lower their standards in allowing my aging Merida 26" MTB, with endless problems created by it's aging and crusty owner, into their sacred Trek territory .

I'd dealt with the shop under it's old ownership, and had been happy with the service I had received in maintaining my previous Trek Fx 7.2.
Last Saturday, while preparing for the Big Canberra Bike Ride on Sunday, I hit a problem with the brakes on my current Fx 7.4. I arrived in the shop 20 minutes before closing- just the sort of thing a retailer can do without ;-)
I explained the problem to one of the staff, who introduced me to Duncan. This guy was great. He fixed the brake issue in about 5 minutes, then went to the trouble of oiling the chain, and checking the alignment of the wheels.
His wonderful service meant I was happily on the road next morning, doing over 62km- riding from Kambah to Lake Burley Griffin, then the 20km Big Canberrs Bike Ride, then back home to Kambah. My thanks to Duncan, and Trek.

I just bought my third bike here off Rob and Darryl. They have great knowledge but for me it was the time they took to listen and answer my questions. Great experience and the bikes are awesome. Rob treated me like he was the owner, if he isn't then let him buy in before someone else does and Darryl has fixed my bikes reliably and always within quoted price. Very happy

Had a front derailleur readjusted on one bike and a new fork installed on another. Both times a great result and charged less than what was originally quoted (although I wouldn't have known any better if they'd charged the full quote). Will be back.

All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and were very patient while I decided between models, suggesting that I rent from the Fyshwick Branch to get a proper feel for the 2 bikes.
My sales person, Duncan has a can-do attitude and has always done his best to never say no, has looked to sort out everything that I wanted.
The store manager, Dan was there when I picked up my bike and ran back in the store to grab some microfibre cloths to protect my bike on my bike rack.
Ended up buying 2 bikes, one for me, and one for my partner.
