Had a front derailleur readjusted on one bike and a new fork installed on another. Both times a great result and charged less than what was originally quoted (although I wouldn't have known any better if they'd charged the full quote). Will be back.

All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and were very patient while I decided between models, suggesting that I rent from the Fyshwick Branch to get a proper feel for the 2 bikes. My sales person, Duncan has a can-do attitude and has always done his best to never say no, has looked to sort out everything that I wanted. The store manager, Dan was there when I picked up my bike and ran back in the store to grab some microfibre cloths to protect my bike on my bike rack. Ended up buying 2 bikes, one for me, and one for my partner.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who ask enough to make sure you’re getting the right product for your cycling needs but don’t badger you!

Friendly staff, but lacks that old school bike shop culture. Limited bike range.

Duncan is a legend that has always kept me going back. Unfortunately, the service team has consistently returned my bike with an issue.

Rang two days ago after purchasing the bike about two weeks ago. Told the bike had not been built yet and it would be ready in two days time. I took a trip to the shop on the other side of town and they had built the wrong bike, for another person. Customer service is not the best and leaves me with little confidence

Staff were helpful, but my brand new bike left the store without the tool to remove the rear wheel, rear shock valve cap and the headset was loose. All are easy to fix just not the care you would like see when your bike was over $10,000. I was also told that no one in store can install the frame protection kit they sell, Trek please get them trained.

We thought we'd deserve some basic manner from Duncan. It is okay that a shop is busy but it isn't okay to be rude.

Extremely poor experience here, unfortunately. Box of Bikes had provided some sponsorship for an event that I was involved in, so I thought that I'd give them some business - I had a wheel that needed to be trued and some pedals that I wanted to replace and the old pedals had defeated my capacity at home to remove them. They told me that the wheel was beyond redemption and would cost $200 to replace and that they had removed one of the pedals but damaged the thread and that the second pedal was impossible to get off. They quoted me $500 for a new crankset. $700 was well beyond what I wanted to pay, so I told them that I would pick up the bike and I took it to my regular bike shop, who trued the wheel and replaced the pedals and charged me a total of $40. 500km later the repaired bike is going just fine.
