We received exceptional service from the staff at the store in helping to sort these issues out on the spot, even though they had a busy workshop.
I cannot express how appreciative I am that you all went the extra mile for us - it turned a situation that could have been really crappy into an uplifting experience.

Totally stoked on Trek Phillip! These guys are the real deal. I walked in for a new MTB, and they were super friendly and chill. I picked up a sweet Roscoe 7 and took it for a spin. After a week, I realised it wasn't quite the right one for me. I went back to the store and asked if I could exchanged it to a different bike, and they made no fuss about the situation at all. I ended up snagging a Top Fuel 5, and these guys went the extra mile to track one down from another store. Plus, they were super patient with my millions of calls checking if it was ready (sorry about that!). Seriously, best customer service ever. Definitely my favorite bike shop! Daniel, Stewie, Duncan, Jaden and the team, are efficient, honest and polite. They also know their onions! New parts when necessary, deep into the bearings servicing, warranteed to boot, and all for a very reasonable price considering their skills and experience. Can't wait to take my other bike for renewal.

Trek Phillip has become my 'go to' place in Canberra for bike support. I have found that the staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I've not found this to be the case with Trek's nearby competitors - so I've reached the point that I will go to Trek first when needing bike support/gear/accessories.
