New parts when necessary, deep into the bearings servicing, warranteed to boot, and all for a very reasonable price considering their skills and experience. Trek Phillip has become my 'go to' place in Canberra for bike support. I have found that the staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I've not found this to be the case with Trek's nearby competitors - so I've reached the point that I will go to Trek first when needing bike support/gear/accessories.

Bought a bike from these guys a few months ago. Dropped it in for the first complementary service and the big fella mechanic was awesome. When I got it back it was like a brand new bike. Not ever going anywhere else. My bike is sparkling. Props to the mechanic. Thanks dudes.
