After a bad experience with another bike manufacturer I placed an order for a Slash. I was told I'd have to wait a few months - no issues here, as I was in no rush. In no time at all (couple of weeks) I received a message my bike was ready for pick-up.
After the first service I had a few issues arise, I brought these to the attention of the service department - they not only rectified these issues immediately but they took responsibility and took the time to explain how the issues happened and how they fixed them.
