For the last two Februarys, I've come home from the UK for the month and done a lot of riding, and in both years, the staff at this store have offered exceptional service - friendly, helpful, and skillful. They've resolved issues on a rental bike and, this year, on my bike (which is not a Trek). I've been to several good bike stores in the UK and Europe, and these guys are equal to the best. If I lived in Canberra full-time, they would be my go-to place.

Really really kind people. Gave me time to think and answered all my stupid questions about ordering/ buying through them an adult tricycle … yes a very unbalanced and clumsy 48 year old on a tricycle would be hilarious but hey-those laughing at my tricycle dreams- don’t dis my hippie dreams of tricycle grocery shopping without falling off a bike once on my life. You guys are wonderful and will be ordering soon once I can decide on the colour
