Went in with a decent budget for a new bike and the guys didn’t try to sell me the most expensive bike they had even though I was. They went though a few different bikes with me (hard tail and full suspension) and ended up with a hardtail for the trails and just general rides I’m doing/looking at.
The fellas there love what they do and the customer service is amazing.

In these challenging times of the global bikes and parts deficit, they were able to find me a full suspension mtb faster (by 3-4 months) than anyone else and for a very competitive price.
