I could not be happier with the service from Trek Phillip. I called on a Sunday and one of the young staff members assisted in finding and locating a bike in my size that day. They shipped it in and had me riding away within a couple days. Absolutely amazing effort from all involved. I could not recommend more highly.

Totally stoked on Trek Phillip! These guys are the real deal. I walked in for a new MTB, and they were super friendly and chill. I picked up a sweet Roscoe 7 and took it for a spin. After a week, I realised it wasn't quite the right one for me. I went back to the store and asked if I could exchanged it to a different bike, and they made no fuss about the situation at all. I ended up snagging a Top Fuel 5, and these guys went the extra mile to track one down from another store. Plus, they were super patient with my millions of calls checking if it was ready (sorry about that!). Seriously, best customer service ever. Definitely my favorite bike shop! Special thanks to Daniel, Duncan and Sam :D
