Absolutely fascinating to confirm my positive attributes, whilst simultaneously quantifying my shortcomings. By better understanding what negative aspects of my personality, I can better work around them, and address directly in some cases. Don't over commit, be realistic in your promises, and if you STILL overcommit you better get your butt in gear and deliver.

Very very thorough information and I didn't realize how much I connect with my type 4 results. It helps me to really understand how I act and react and how to work on the things that I want to change.I also like the whole design of the PDF. The way it is designed makes it easier and more fun to read.
