Wow what a really great bike and more shop, and always has been. They have a really great selection of bikes, road, mountain, and a lot of really nice accessories, and have friendly front staff, especially countimg Mike and Kurt at the 290 location, have always had the best rate for boxing bikes, and they charge right for small services like patching a tube for a flat tire, truing front and rear wheels, or adjusting gears.

Extremely confident that, no matter who you meet here for your bike issues, that they will be welcoming, service-oriented, and willing to help you out. I came in not really knowing how to work a couple old bikes from my father, and instead of judging me for wanting to learn, the mechanics gave me philosophy tid-bits and got the job done effectively with good communication throughout the whole process. Took my daughters bike here to fix her front tire that had gone flat. Gene was very knowledgable and helpful! He was able to answer all of my questions and make the process of getting it fixed as easy as possible! in and out in around 15 min. Highly reccomend.

Bought a new Trek bike largely due to the staff at this location. I also have two other bikes serviced here without complaint. Very knowledgeable mechanics and super friendly staff. Had bad experiences at the other Trek store and some other local bike shops, but not this one.
