The customer service was amazing. I came in shortly before closing needing a tube change for my kid's mountain bike tire so he could ride to school the next day. They were so helpful and wonderful to accommodate me. AND they had me back out the door with a front door in about three minutes...not exaggerating.

Had my bike tuned up at Trek Bicycle. Everyone was very polite and answered all my questions. A gentelman inspected my bike and advised me on exactly what needed to be done and at what cost. Sevice was completed in less than 24hours. Very nice experience and I will definitly return for future needs.

I would like to make a shout out to Curt at Trek bike store in Cypress, Texas. I walked in to the store with zero knowledge on road biking. Curt was able to answer all my questions and get me fitted into a bike that will last me a long time, the customer service there is top-notch.

Wow what a really great bike and more shop, and always has been. They have a really great selection of bikes, road, mountain, and a lot of really nice accessories, and have friendly front staff, especially countimg Mike and Kurt at the 290 location, have always had the best rate for boxing bikes, and they charge right for small services like patching a tube for a flat tire, truing front and rear wheels, or adjusting gears.

Extremely confident that, no matter who you meet here for your bike issues, that they will be welcoming, service-oriented, and willing to help you out. I came in not really knowing how to work a couple old bikes from my father, and instead of judging me for wanting to learn, the mechanics gave me philosophy tid-bits and got the job done effectively with good communication throughout the whole process.
