Good customer service. I needed a new wheel today, and Mike literally hooked me up. What I needed was in stock, so back riding 1 day after wrecking my rim. Mike strapped the wheel on my back so I could get it home. Thanks!

New to the whole MTB thing and interested in purchasing my 1st bike so I visited Trek. I was greeted by Mike & Josh. They were very welcoming. Josh showed me different bikes and explained each one very well. I test rode a few of them. The customer service and professionalism was outstanding. And the music selection was top tier.
