First off I want to say that I’m really grateful to Mario for being so thorough and kind With my bike service needs.
He was very attentive and ensured that I was updated accordingly. When my bike was returned, everything that I asked for was done correctly and met my expectations.
Additionally, every time I come to this shop is always so kind. Even the manager (Trent?) steps up to help and takes up the time to ensure that all questions are answered.
There are some quality products here that I appreciate. If I was in search for a new bike, I would definitely start here.

I purchased my bike at the Pearl location and have frequented the 281 location because of it is closer. The sales and service were and continue to be excellent. The staff is very friendly and sincerely seem motivated to serve. I would recommend either shop to my friends.

Who cares
The staff members are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I'm new to the bike riding world and these guys are very helpful when I purchased my bike and keeping up the maintenance with it.
