I had the opportunity to visit the Trek store after receiving a Verve as a workplace gift. Louis and Dave were the two associates who helped me on my visit and the service was nothing less than amazing. Louis and the staff are very knowledgeable.They listened to all my concerns and took my individual needs into account. I already had the bike, but they helped me put together a plan, even giving me recommendations on where to go riding. Five stars all day everyday.
