I had the pleasure of being the recipient of a high class service call from Joey and his team. Both Joey and his serviceman, (Kelly) I think his name is, were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My system was down for a few months and the original Solar company went out of business. I found Climatic Solar and from my first call to the office was very comforting and gave me hope. The issue was pinpointed in seconds and corrected. Solar companies don't have good names but Climatic Solar has given the industry hope.

This company is GREAT! From My very first contact with Joey and the office staff, it has been a great experience. They were prompt with answering any questions that I had, they were able to get to me right away. I needed a new gateway installed. The two technicians. They responded quickly to get my pump and Solar Heater up and running again after the tornadoes. Quick polite respectful. Kelly did a beautiful job getting everything running just right. I appreciated all his help and instructions. He seem to know, right where to zero in on for the problems. I appreciate the fair pricing from this company.
