Climatic Solar saved me from being powerless during Milton! I almost didn’t answer the 8:30 p.m. phone call from Erik the night before the storm, figuring it was a courtesy call with a reminder to take precautions and be safe. But I’m glad I answered it. Erik asked me if we had recently changed something with our internet. We HAD, and our backup batteries were not connected to the service b/c the passcode had changed. He sent a crew out the next morning and they changed codes and were on their way out in about 30 mins. I can’t express enough my appreciation for that timely phone call. Having lived in Florida over 30 years, I know how miserable it is, living without power for (personally) up to three weeks. Thank you again, Erik and Climatic Solar. I was already very happy with your company, but you went above and beyond.
